Im eager to grow in my craft as a skilled chef even after all these years after graduating from culinary school & personally I love to learn, love to teach where it’s a must at all times ,love to work as a team player and be part of an extraordinary team by any means possible.

On a personal level I’m head strong when it comes to quick thinking specially during those rush hour services willing to lend a hand as it has to be at all times cause being stressed in certain situations is not for everyone but as my experiences throughout the years after 16 years I have build myself up fully to where I am now..
