Promoted tourist activities to tourists and offered information to guests on any questions asked.
Managed online and phone reservations and correctly captured all payments
Captured bookings into the system and maintained updated records of bookings payments
Served guests with snacks and drinks in the boat during the sunset cruise for 2 hours.   
Awarded a prize for breaking 2019 record sales.
