Charles Sibasa

I gave over twelve years of experience in the field of IR.  Currently working in a manufacturing industry as a generalist.  I have extensive experience in training as Training Practitioner,  giving training in Presentation Skills,  Assessor , Develop Training Material and other courses.  I'm  accredited Assessor and Moderator.  In Industrial Relations I have extensive experience in dealing with Unions.  Doing disciplinary hearings,  appeal hearings and grievances involved to ccma and bargaining council level.  I believe in taking a firm stance and consistent approach in dealing with any matter.  I prefer to intensify ER in order to lessen IR matters  by advising and training line management on matters that relate to ER/IR. I Currently conduct line management on Industrial Relations  and recently developed training presentation in chairing of disciplinary hearings.  I also draft polices that relate to IR/ER matters. I am very passionate and diligent in my work. 

I currently work as HR generalist. I do disciplinary hearings,  appeals, grievances and also attend ccma and bargaining council.  I give training on IR courses.  I'm experienced in training and qualified as assessor and moderator and also accredited with  Merseta.

I have a diploma in Public management and administration, majoring in economics and Industrial Psychology.  Currently busy with my final year in B.Com in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
