I am very experienced hard working and dedicated. I have spent over 35 years in mostly Front Office Positions where I have direct contact with guests. My forte is guest relations where I can interact and solve guest relations problem. I have always been the ambassador for the company I work for and am a versatile employee who can work well in a team as well as independently with little or no supervision.

While working in the hospitality industry for over thirty years, I gained extensive experience and I am knowledgeable in all aspects of hospitality operations and I have a proven track record of delivering results. I am confident that I can exceed your expectations and help your company reach new heights. I am a highly motivated and results-driven individual and I am always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. I am passionate about my work and I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my guests are happy. I am also a team player and I believe in working together to achieve common goals.
