• Provided optimal assistance to the General Manager and handled a variety of tasks.
• Worked in collaboration with the senior project manager to define project goals and establish a timeline and plan to achieve them.
• Created detailed plans and frequently monitored progress to assure project goals were met.
• Performed a range of administrative duties from maintaining production schedules to purchasing supplies and hiring vendors.

The company Marketing Merchants specialize in the design, execution, and event managing of exhibition stands.

During this internship I received a lot of training on business professional behaviour. I learned how to manageprofessional client behaviour and improved my communication.

I very quickly adapted to the environment and learned how to manage my time efficiently.

I received a lot of exposure from working at AAD (African Aerospace and Defence Show) I worked as the assistant for the project manager. I played a significant role in the success of the project. We received “Best indoor stand” award. Our client was the CSIR.

I learned how to work many long hours and still be able to show enthusiasm in front of customers and clients. I learned the importance of the very small details that are important to the success of the event. I have gained proper exposure and practical experience from cleaning to paperwork to customer interaction,

Besides AAD, I also assisted with SAOPA (South African Orthotic and Prosthetic Association), SAOA (South African Orthopaedic Association) and Cape Wine 2022.
