2001 went to PNP retail stores and started as a trainee started from receiving through all departments and after getting my retail management certificate from PNP trainings in 2010 I was appointed as a store manager. Worked different stores with co-operate around Gauteng. Then 2019 went over to franchise with the aim to own one but did not come as anticipated. Currently working in franchise division as a senior store manager. Have come with good results throughout   the years and was one of the guys selected to go to Disney based on good performance and learn about customer services. Won the first birthday competition PNP started in 2020. Very good with numbers and can plan ahead especially for the whole store and different departments.

Matriculated in 1990 doing Math's, Physics, Biological sciences. Did BSC (Math's and Physics) through Wits university till 3rd year that I did not complete. Then Diploma in business management and programing in C with College SA. I got the retail certificate with university of Pretoria and got customer training certificate from Disney land USA through PNP. Did many customer trainings with PNP and some with Pretoria university.
