Experience

OPERATIONAL MANAGER

  • Draw up New Agreements & Legal Contracts with MD;
  • Website – quality control, etc.
  • Assist the Agencies / Brokers on an Operational Level;
  • Broker Documentation, Registrations & access to the Aldes System;
  • Ensuring Broker Relations

PPRA

  • Assist Brokers with initial registration / setup / general enquiries;
  • Ensure annual FFC renewals & CPD by Brokers;

ASSIST GENERAL MANAGER

  • Keep informed of movements/changes/updates with Broker network;

OFFICE

  • Attending to daily tasks/requests from Brokers/clients;
  • Assist with the conference preparation – Slides, Awards, etc.;
  • Submission/changes of CIPC/Annual Returns.

SYSTEM / APPLICATION

  • Proper understanding of system;
  • Setup New Brokers/admin on system;
  • Data Integrity on system including uploading of documentation for Agencies/Brokers;
  • Assisting with general system enquiries from Brokers;

INFORMATION OFFICER / HUMAN RESOURCES

  • POPI/PAIA - Information Compliance Officer.
  • Regulations are adhered too within the Companies.
  • Keeping of records/documents for employees.

SERVICES SETA

  • Co-ordinating with Services SETA/QCTO ensuring Accreditation is maintained.
  • Addition of new courses to the platform.
  • New Application submissions for the addition of Programmes.
  • External Moderation from Services SETA.
  • Ensuring all Learners are properly exited and receive their Certificates.

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

  • New Website Design/Development/Testing/Implementation/Changes & Maintenance.
  • Learner Management System (LMS) Online System - Design/Develop/Implement.
  • Distance Learners - Online/Telephonic enquiries/assistance.

MARKETING

  • Social Media.

COURSE MATERIAL

  • Implementation & updating of new/existing material.
  • Sourcing new profitable Programmes (as required).
  • Design, Development & implementation of all documents/processes required.

FINANCES

  • Invoicing/Quotations/Statements.
  • Annual Increases.
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation - Income & Expenses.
  • Annual Financial Statements.
  • CIPC/TCC/BBBEE - Amendments/Additions, Changes & Renewals.
  • Investigate new Payment Plans/Methods to accommodate the Distance Learners.

  • Conversion to Paperless/Online Systems. 

HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Compiling & Implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) - new Policies & Procedures.
  • Management of existing/new Contractors.
  • Negotiating/Maintaining existing/new Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
  • General office administration.
  • Client and delegate email/telephonic enquiries.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Regulations are adhered too within the Companies.

  • Coordination of enrolments.
  • Catering/Materials for training/Ordering of Study Material for Learners.

 

  • Lead Website Development/Design of Institute.
