Good day,
My name is Berend Kloppers. I am a single male currently staying in Grahamstown and seeking employment. I am 27 years of age.
I am a qualified Chef and retained my education through City & Guilds. I am a graduate of the Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Cookery, Management and Supervision with 9 years worth of experience. I work well in groups and get along with everyone and have no problem with taking lead where needed to ensure that the highest standards are set and met to ensure guest satisfaction. I have background in back of house as well as front of house having to deal with guests or clients. I have done numerous extra courses to strengthen myself in my field and is also a City & Guilds Accredited Assessor and Moderator. The extra courses that I have completed include Food and Wine Pairing, Beer Brewing, Cheese Making, Cake Decorating, Flower Arranging, Chocolate making to name a few.
