My name is Basetsana Morailane. I’m currently working as a Quality Analyst for a BPO. I have over 5 years experience within QA. I’m customer centric and love working with others. I pay attention to detail and I’m able to solve customer problem.

I worked at Multichoice as a walk in centre agent. There we were assisting customers with their decoder queries. I then moved to the QA department. We were evaluating interactions between agents and customers. I then joined the training department as a coordinator for 3 years, I was in an installer project. I’m currently back in the QA space , I work for a BPO.
