I am a human resources student in my final year majoring in industrial psychology. I have a deep interest in psychometrics, labour laws, consumer behaviour, marketing and core human resource functions. I am eager to learn more about the above-mentioned things in the real world because these are only things that I have studied and want to experience this in the corporate work environment. 

Examination Assistant: Administrator Department of Higher Education & Training 

• Managing intake and dispatch process of over 70000 examination scripts 
• Emailing TVET colleges which delivered examination scripts with confirmation of scripts received 
• Tracking the flow of all scripts throughout the course of the three-month examination marking period in the marking centre
• Basic MS Excel payroll work
• Administering tasks and assisting/training new colleagues about work procedures of the examination centre
