I am a passionate IT graduate with a strong interest in networks, solving Hardware and Software problems my goal is to become a Network engineer or IT Technician also being a Cybersecurity specialist, I am excited about applying my Basic Technical skills and knowledge that I have learnt during my study period at Nelson Mandela University to enhance IT infrastructure and ensure data security and integrity. I am looking for opportunities to contribute to efficient IT operations and advance my knowledge in many areas of Information Technology. I am a hard worker that can work under pressure, a quick learner, and a good team player with good communication skills.

Does not have work experience yet but as a student, my professional experience includes hands-on involvement in IT where I've actively troubleshooted hardware and software issues, configured networks.

Education

 

  1. Relevant Higher Certificate in Information Technology and diploma in IT and Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, worked in hardware and software installation, including disassembling and assembling desktops, troubleshooting, and operating systems problem-solving.
  2. Proficiency in Cisco Networks, with experience in router and switches configuration, network optimization, and troubleshooting.
  3. Knowledge of databases such as MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server, worked with PowerBi.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  5. Hands-on experience in IT support, including resolving tickets using Freshdesk as part of a third-year project.
  6. Practical skills in cybersecurity, including ethical hacking and penetration testing.
  7. Basic coding skills in C# first year in Diploma.
  8. Experience in installing and troubleshooting various operating systems, including Windows 10, 11, Ubuntu, and Linux.
