Duties                               

: Inventory Control and stock take

: Goods receipting, responsible for quality checking of all products and packing.

: Stock Capture in SAP material Management system

: Supplier Queries

: Order placing with Vendors 

: Building and Maintaining supplier relations.

: Monitor and manage client stock.

: Direct client interfacing with regards to supply only orders

: Allocation of stock from bulk to saleable to open projects within SAP project 

  System.

: Creating Purchase order for Advance infrastructure as per supplier quote 

: Request invoices from billing 

: Tracking orders shipped regionally and locally 

: Monitoring and vetting courier monthly costs.

: Co-ordinating internal client deliveries door to door services 

: Ensuring vehicle checks and are kept Clean

: Drivers maintaining organization standards and processes 

 : Responsible for company logistics by managing inventory, storage, and transportation

: Ensured logistics coordination through the safe and timely pick-ups and deliveries

: Assisted with logistics management by handling order shipment and answering        customer liaising
