I have 20+ years in retail,from sales assistant to assistant manger and proving my way to area manager.i have worked in a busy mall,working late hours and under pressure is not a question “will i be able to ”.i also opened my own store for 5 years.

I tend to customer queries in a professional  manner.I had to supervise a complimentary staff of 23.

Experience

Retail experience has taught me to adapt to many people i.e their complaints,orders, etc.I love to keep a neat  and organized store.Maintaining a good stock loss is of priority.Having staff meetings on a weekly or daily basis is very important,to let staff know the ..days,weeks and months target.

Education

I did complete grade 12 and could not afford to further my education.

My believe is that you don't need a signed piece of paper to show your talent,knowledge,experience.
