A financial background has positioned me to maintain focus on revenue and cost of quality when structuring processes, KPIs and support initiatives while proactively ensuring that we facilitate plans of action for risk.

Being a qualified facilitator I have the added advantage of applying lateral knowledge into content and customising this in accordance to trends and potential risks identified, to ensure successful outcomes in coaching , training and development.

I believe strongly in driving operational investment from compliance and risk teams to encourage respectful collaboration inter departmentally and
have found that this is a valuable pillar for growth and expansion.

Data driven insights and feedback have been another valuable pillar that was a basis of communication across all stakeholders and shared regularly in daily updates, WBR, MBR and QBR.

I believe that this skill and means of communication is vital and work constantly to improve and expand my knowledge to provide the highest quality of reporting. Lean Sigma 6 is my focus in personal development currently while I expand my education on AI and the progressive footprint we are seeing with AI in the quality compliance and risk field.
