Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Marketing Manager to ensure the planning, coordination and completion of all marketing projects. 
• Manage the full lifecycle of all marketing projects from initial brainstorming and research phase to production, debriefing and reporting. 
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for each stage of the project. 
• Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and support staff involved in projects.

• Supporting the Marketing Executive and external department Executives
• Collating and checking all data needed for presentations and documentation
• Managing legal requirements according to the FSB, by liaising with the compliance department when checking documents

• Coordinate web content updates and approval of certain updates
• Track purchase orders, invoices and maintain inventory of promotional materials
