A change management consultant that has worked in fast passed environments that requires agility, attention to detail and accurate delivery. Change Management initiatives have varied from implementing SAP solutions, creating shared service, changes to processes or new technology. I have successfully delivered initiatives that have required engagement with several different stakeholder groups both nationally and internationally that have required ‘fit for purpose’ initiatives.

Experience
I started working in the corporate environment 27 years ago and over that period. I transitioned from software trainer into the Change Management environment as I soon realised that some employees impacted by change, were only aware of the change, once they were in the training room. Since moving into the consulting world 11 years ago, I have been able to work in many different environments and for many different organisations. My experience ranges from FMCG, banking, retail and recently the mining and shared services industry.

I have experience in developing Change Management & Training frameworks, strategies & plans. Execution & development of Change Management, Communication and Training material and artefacts.

Education
Practical agile courses for Change Management as well as a Prosci certificate has given me the exposure and understanding required to work in this environment and industry.
