As the Lead Business Analyst at Expleo Group, I am responsible for analysing information needs, functional requirements, and business processes. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand our business requirements and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with our business stakeholders. Additionally, I interpret high-level business briefs into detailed requirements, create and design high-quality lean specifications, and manage requirements.

In my role, I develop test plans and perform test execution when necessary. I also maintain an up-to-date library of business processes, review and improve existing processes, and define and manage the requirements. Throughout the project, I ensure that we stay on track against our original goals as we progress through the detailed analysis. I also maintain our business analysis methodologies, procedures, and processes in line with industry best practices, adapting them for maximum effectiveness.
