Introduction
Our national client, is looking for a
District Manager to service the Mthatha/Transkei area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operations management
- Staff management
- Health and safety management
- Key account management
- Transfer of learning
- Adhoc meetings to meet client KPI'S /expectation
- Meeting in the trade on a weekly basis and oversee trade visit preparation.
- Excellent operational skill
- Being in the trade to assist reps transfer of learning
- Customer returns management alongside Logistics company
- Store visits with staff ensuring trade operational SOP's maintained
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 1
- Diploma in Business Management
- 5 years retail/FMCG experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
- Experience with or in Shoprite/Checkers
- Ability to understand financial data
- Experience managing client accounts
- Experience managing large teams
- MS office (Advanced in excel)
