Introduction
Our Law firm Client, based in Durban, is looking for an experienced Insurance and Commercial Litigation Associate.


Duties & Responsibilities
Drafting and amending commercial contracts and various legal documents.

Represent clients in court. Negotiate on behalf of clients.

Review and oversee commercial litigation (mergers, acquisitions etc).

Assist clients with the litigation process and insurance claims (property damage claims, car accident cases, disability cases etc)

Write commercial reports.

Keep abreast of the latest laws.


Desired Experience & Qualification
LLB/LLM

Admitted Attorney

At least three years' experience as an attorney specialising in insurance and general commercial litigation

Strong interpersonal skills

Analytical and research abilities

Detail oriented

Team player
