    Are you fed up of working in the same job for years? Do you want to take that next step and become a Senior Security Analyst? This role is perfect for you if the following describes your experience:

    The Senior Security Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of network infrastructure, security and compliance issues. This includes performing assessments of our physical and virtual networks as well as working with clients to identify new ways to improve their cybersecurity posture. In this role you'll also help build tools that are used in the day-to-day operation of a company's IT environment by using cutting edge technologies such as NLP or sentiment analysis.

    Requirements

    • Provides in-depth information regarding the functional and non-functional characteristics of systems, networks, software, and/or applications to enable collaborative assessment of system security levels and remediation activities
    • Monitors and evaluates compliance with organizational security standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Evaluates and manages external data sources to support the development of critical security assessments.
    • Facilitates database reconnaissance to identify and extract specific information.

    Qualifications

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies preferred.
    • Experience working with network infrastructure, operating systems, routers/switches, firewalls and other common IT components.
    • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Python is preferred.
    • Must possess working knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state laws/regulations, including HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc., is necessary.
