What you'll be doing in this role
Leading and managing a team providing guidance in L&D, mentoring, quality assurance and innovation
Utilising advanced data modelling, ETL and coding skills to develop data pipelines and integrate tools like Azure and Google Cloud for seamless data handling
Creating intuitive and impactful analysis interfaces, translating complex data into compelling narratives for seniorlevel stakeholders
Driving innovation and best practices, aligning insights with business goals and fostering strong relationships across teams

Experience and qualifications

Mastery of data analytics tools including SQL, SSMS and proficiency in Python and R
Expertise in data validation, warehousing concepts, GDPR compliance and data handling processes
Experience with cloud computing solutions like Azure and Google Cloud, along with structured/unstructured data awareness
Strong background in user experience design, dashboard creation and visualisation tools like PowerBI and Data Studio
Proven track record in process optimisation, KPI benchmarking and delivering actionable insights for strategic decisionmaking
