We are recruiting a Business Change Manager, to provide operational change support across multiple UK campaigns to internal and client stakeholders.
We want someone highly organised who understands the importance of diligence and order, to work in a coordinated manner, to actively support, drive and deliver a centralised operating model for Operational Change across Webhelp.

Excellent communication skills are essential in this position as you will inspire, delegate and part knowledge on change, improvement and areas of focus.
What you'll be doing
- Keeping up to date on client and company strategy/developments and maintains awareness of contact centre industry developments
- Demonstrating, understanding and complying with all legislative requirements including but not limited to FCA, CCA, DPA, OFCOM and OFGEM with specific reference to those relevant to the definitive client and market sector
- Prioritising the right "change projects" are initiated through categorisation & demand of the business
- Demonstrating commercial acumen in the key areas of revenue assurance and opportunity identification
- Understanding the stakeholder relationship dynamic
- Ensuring that change requests are managed in a way which maximises potential revenue and are delivered within the prevailing contractual framework and relationship expectations
- Developing the Change Framework and its processes by providing a continuously improved methodology
- Provision of enhanced transparency and accountability to stakeholders on inflight projects/programmes
- Influential communicator who has the ability to effectively utilise all levels of media
- Expert comprehension of management reporting, highlighting achievements, making recommendations of development with plans and timelines for improvement
- Securing focus and delivery in accordance with client and business requirements from peer group and supporting Webhelp UK and client departments
- Drawing on commercial, contractual and stakeholder experience and expertise seeks to deliver proactive proposals & solutions to client requirements, encouraging input from peer group and the wider organisation
What you'll need
- Matric
- Demonstrable leadership and management skills gained in a customerfocused environment
- Experience of principles of financial management / commercial awareness
- Sound understanding of internal systems, software and company procedures
