Our client has an opportunity available for a Credit Controller based in Midrand.Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent NQF
- Equivalent Credit Management qualification.
- Fluent business English.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Code 10 motor vehicle license.
- Proactive and action orientated.
- Acts with honesty and consistency.
- Achieves results effectively.
- Commitment and motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Collect Trade Debt.
- Confirm payment of new and existing customer accounts.
- Control allocated accounts and ensure that outstanding monies owed to the company are collected.
- Record, log and address customer queries.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Request increases of credit limits.
