  • Matric or equivalent; and diploma in business administration, sales, or related field will have an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or rental management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in G-Suits
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the rental industry and relevant products/services is a plus

  • Process rental agreements and reservations
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person, providing detailed information about rental products/services, pricing, and policies.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and scheduling appointments.
  • Conduct inventory checks and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure availability of rental products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform financial tasks related to rentals and services, such as processing service and rental quotes, payments, issuing invoices, and managing credit checks.
