Our client based in the Engineering sector is looking for a engineering internal sales administrator based in Pinetown.Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Must have a sales background and good attention to detail doing quotations.
- Technical knowledge required in Engineering.
- Must have worked in a manufacturing/engineering environment before.
- Be able to do analytical reporting.
Computer skills Essential:
- MS Office, especially excel.
- Pastel/Umbrella experience.
Communication skills Essential:
- English
- Good communication skills
- Liaise between External Sales and Manufacturing
- Understand procurement procedures.
- Direct quotation, technical service and order process functions.
- Proactively follow up quotes and tenders to ascertain effectiveness.
- Problem solve and gather information as needed to create the highest quality product consistent with customer requirements.
- Ensure liaison between Sales and Operations team is efficient and seamless to maximise monthly revenue and ontime deliveries.
- Undertake projectbased work as a member of project teams (projectbased roles and responsibilities are described in project documentation.
- Undertake or participate in daytoday operational tasks such as training and administrative.
Salary:
R15, R20,000.00 per month
