It would be WOW if you would bring this in

Matric or equivalent; and diploma in business administration, sales, or related field will have an advantage.
Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or rental management role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Proficiency in G-Suits
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Knowledge of the rental industry and relevant products/services is a plus

What will you do while you wow

Process rental agreements and reservations
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and scheduling appointments.
Conduct inventory checks and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure availability of rental products.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform financial tasks related to rentals and services, such as processing service and rental quotes, payments, issuing invoices, and managing credit checks.
