Property Debtors Controller
Rosebank


Requirements:


  • Matric
  • Must have a minimum of _
    5 years debtors administration experience within a property environment_.
  • Sound reconciliation skills.
  • Must have sound numeracy skills.
  • Must be able to work to deadlines.
  • High attention to detail orientated.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full debtors function.
  • Dealing with all retail tenants & customer queries
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Opening of customer accounts
  • Capturing debtor payments
  • Daily follow up on all outstanding debt
  • Daily Age Analysis: Follow ups and updating notes on all outstanding debtors on a daily basis
  • Daily checking of all Applications / Cancellations / Upgrades / Disconnections / Reconnections
  • Balancing of rentroll: Old and new customers / Routers / Telephone usage / Telephone line rental
  • Loading of recipients
  • Debit orders: Loading of monthly debit orders
  • Loading of Municipal charges on tenants accounts
  • Credit control: Following up on outstanding rental
  • Issuing of Letter of Demand

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
R18 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
