Junior Sales Manager - based in Durban to take one of our sales teams to the next level.

We are looking for someone who leads from the front, who is hungry to grow personally and bring a new dynamic to our team, someone who is exceptional at supporting, growing and delivering through people.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Matric
Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record
With reliable or preferably their own transport.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Must have 3 years' experience in leading highly successful outbound sales teams.
Must have 3 years' years' sound insurance industry knowledge
Solid experience in selling complex underwritten life insurance is preferable.
Individuals must have a successful and proven sales track record.
Computer literate
Tertiary Education Preferable
FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantage
