AllLife is looking for ambitious and driven Sales Consultants for one of our campaigns selling life insurance in a outbound environment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Matric
Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record
FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantage
Preferably reside in Johannesburg and surroundings or have your own transport or has reliable transport.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Must have 12 years sales experience in an outbound calling environment and experience in dialing various lead sets and generating referral leads and sales.
Insurance experience is an advantage.
Individuals must have a successful and proven sales track record.
Must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to influence and overcome objections successfully.
Computer literate.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Basic Plus Commission
Top up Commission in the first 23 months while ramping up and building up a pipeline
