With powerful AI capabilities, Dotdigital enables automated personalized experiences across various channels like web, email, SMS, and more.

About the Role

The role of the Operations Manager is pivotal in driving progress. You will collaborate closely with regional Commercial Teams, reporting to the Global Sales Operations Manager. Operations are highly valued at Dotdigital, and you will play a crucial role in the team, leveraging your expertise to:

Build key relationships with the commercial team to identify process improvement opportunities
Train and support processes & best practices across Sales Tools
Ensure optimal utilization and drive adoption of Sales Tools
Stay updated on new feature releases of Sales Tools to maximize ROI
Create presentations for senior management and track initiative effectiveness
Deliver regular KPI reports and assist with documentation

This role requires hybrid work, with office attendance required on specific days.

Upon completing onboarding, team members will work on a rotational shift pattern across US, EMEA, and APAC regions for comprehensive support. The shifts will rotate every three months between regions:

APAC Shift: 1 AM - 9 AM

US Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM

Must have:

CRM and Sales Tools experience
Deep understanding of Sales Process and 3+ years in Sales Operations
Attention to detail, inquisitive nature, and proactive attitude
Advanced Excel skills and documentation capabilities

Nice to have:

CRM certification and experience with Sales Tools tech stack
Training delivery and Marketing Operations experience
