I’m professional with a wealth of skills gained in the network support and customer service sector within the Telecommunications industry. 

Managing help desk/call centre agents in assisting customers with help desk queries. coaching and training around any software/hardware functionality, troubleshooting and resolving any home broadband difficulties.

Demonstrating customer service skills, such as actively listening to customers and staff in order to understand each issue and situation, providing proper follow-up and status update.

I’m technically minded and with great people skills. This allows me to  communicate and present information effectively to people from different social background. 

I have a great track record in coaching, mentoring and managing staff to not only achieve their goals within the business but also to have them achieve the goals and targets of the business
