      Origin and development of          international relations and law.

The origin is a controversial phenomenon and dispute among scholars,some believe it's origin generated through relations and treaties between political entity.

The classical system of international law and relations began with the westphillia treaties,the peace treaty of 1648 it concluded the 30yr war in Europe(1618-1648) this was a war that resulted in the destination of close to twenty percent of Europe at the time.

The peace treaty was a comprehensive treaty signed by vactually all European nations ,some of the peace treaty are the core concept today in international law and relations such as.

1.concept of sovereignty statehood.

2. concept for respect for treaty and other obligations under international law law.

3.diplomacy and negotiation.

4.balance of power/collective security.

The third classified origin is the development of modern international relations and law states in 1919 onward that is the period of first world war to second world war and other subsequent event revolution,creation of the league of nations and establishment of the United nation.

Is international law true law,if it is true what makes it true and if it isn't what makes it unreal,this will be my next question to approach.
