Lean Six Sigma training advantageous. The Operations Manager will be required to oversee the Workshop, Warehouse, Quality, Projects and Engineering departments and reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for coordinating and leading the development and execution of strategies and operational activities of the Workshop, Warehouse, Quality, Projects and Engineering teams NON-NEGOTIABLE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS « Min 8 years technical experience and management responsibility in a heavy industrial operational or projects/manufacturing/engineering workshop environment « Previous exp in managing Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. « Has the ability or has been a legal appointment (16.2) « Previous experience at executive management level is preferred IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM US WITHIN 2 WEEKS, PLEASE ACCEPT THAT YOUR APPLICATION WAS UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICATIONS VIA EMAIL WILL BE CONSIDERED.
