Description
A full-service supplier to food retailers, who is based in Somerset West, has a vacancy for a strong administrator to provide support to the operations and logistics department


Requirements:


  • Must be passionate about administration
  • Must enjoy working in a busy operations environment
  • Must have experience working on Evolution
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work fast and accurately

Responsibilities:


  • Document processing and record keeping of all customer orders from receipt to final installation
  • Fast and accurate data capturing
  • Opening of Project files on the shared drive and filing of key control documentation related to the project
  • Record keeping of back orders
  • Generating Evolution Picking Slips; Delivery Notes; Installation Warranty document and cleaning manual.
  • Hand over to Driver and ensure internal record keeping
  • Obtaining Waybill from Transport Company and scan and file the entire pack on the server.
  • General administration
  • Arrange accommodation
  • Issuing Purchase Requisitions
  • Ensure compliance with the Schedule of Authority and always obtain the Operations Manager Signature
  • Record all actual costs by Store on the server
  • Upload all store pictures onto the server
  • File all WhatsApp documentation from the teams in the field on server
  • Prepare transport pack and send to finance department
