Key responsibilities:

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly

Relationship Building:

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with Clients contact point
  • Create engaging and compelling job advertisements to attract top talent

Database Management:

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data management policies

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and contribute to the development of tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

Qualifications / Skill set:

  • Minimum of 2 years international experience working either RPO/Perm/Contingent/Contract or direct Placement
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Initiativetaking and purposeful with a focus on exceeding targets
  • Ability to work international time zones, as the role would be working various time zones / London / USA / Europe
  • Strong time management and understand the project timeliness and required deliverables

Education:


  • Matric
  • Diploma / BSC Human Resources or minimum of 3 years plus experience in a similar role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R25 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
