Key responsibilities:


  • Meet daily targets and maintain a high conversion rate
  • Supervise the performance of team members
  • Ensure the sales team meets set targets and upholds quality standards by monitoring and adjusting daily performance
  • Exhibit strong leadership to align the team with the company's vision
  • Conduct team meetings to encourage collaborative problemsolving
  • Oversee supervisors' performance
  • Contribute strategically through data analysis, scorecard projects, and effective planning
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to supervisors
  • Motivate team members to achieve consistent performance
  • Manage performance and disciplinary processes as needed

Minimum requirements:


  • Completed Tertiary qualification such as BSc in Commerce, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics non negotiable
  • Previous experience in sales, operations, or customer service is beneficial
  • Ability to enhance existing processes with strong data analytics skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing a highperforming team

Education:


  • Bachelors (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 4 years (required)
