Sales Manager - Johannesburg, South Africa - Network Building and Talent Acquisition
Description
Key responsibilities:
- Meet daily targets and maintain a high conversion rate
- Supervise the performance of team members
- Ensure the sales team meets set targets and upholds quality standards by monitoring and adjusting daily performance
- Exhibit strong leadership to align the team with the company's vision
- Conduct team meetings to encourage collaborative problemsolving
- Oversee supervisors' performance
- Contribute strategically through data analysis, scorecard projects, and effective planning
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to supervisors
- Motivate team members to achieve consistent performance
- Manage performance and disciplinary processes as needed
Minimum requirements:
- Completed Tertiary qualification such as BSc in Commerce, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics non negotiable
- Previous experience in sales, operations, or customer service is beneficial
- Ability to enhance existing processes with strong data analytics skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing a highperforming team
Education:
- Bachelors (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 4 years (required)
