Description
An Italian Restaurant in Umhlanga seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Umhlanga.

The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including P&L management, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, budgeting, and hiring.


Responsibilities and Qualifications:


  • P&L Management, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis skills
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service
  • Experience in hiring, training, and managing staff
  • Leadership and teambuilding skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
