Description
An Italian Restaurant in Umhlanga seeks an experienced Senior Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Restaurant Manager.

The Senior Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the staff, and maintaining high-quality customer service.

The Senior Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new staff, as well as managing the food and beverage operations.


Responsibilities and Qualifications:


  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Experience in hiring and managing staff
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
