Job Purpose
The core purpose of the position is to always act in accordance with the Asset Management & Company Policy
- To oversee the accuracy of the overall FNB Reporting to our internal & external customers in an accurate, efficient, and proactive manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
- To compile and review relevant, useful, and accurate reports to our internal & external customers in real time based on the data provided by the Asset Management Department members
- To ensure the accuracy of the input of records of all stock movements constantly in adherence to company policies and procedures
- To assist the Stowe FNB Team with their tasks
- To relief the Stowe FNB Team members as & when required
- To be the first point of contact to manage the FNB Reporting and drive any queries via the reporting line
Key Responsibilities
Policies and Procedures (5%)
- _To be aware of Stowe Policies and Procedures and adhere to required policies and Procedures_
Inventory Management (10%)
- _Manage accuracy of the information on Database in accordance with Inventory reports_
- _Ensure sufficient checks in place in regions to trap and manage exceptions for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks (Seniors & Supervisors)_
- _Assist the Stowe FNB Team with Monthly Stock Takes in accordance with the Asset Management Policy_
- _Escalate to Senior Stock Controllers / Supervisors for non-adherence_
- _Ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting is maintained_
Reporting and Customer Management (60%)
- _Ensure automated reporting is accurate_
- _Ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly customer report is submitted, uploaded, accurate & timeous as per assigned tasks / deadlines_
- _Attend internal Departmental meetings_
- _Customer engagement on a regular basis_
- _Engage regionally with Senior Stock Controllers and Supervisors_
- _Ensure that all issues or queries have been investigated before sending to the Senior Stock Controllers and Supervisors_
- _Compile a recommendation report for stock levels & submit to external customers_
- _Attend to any outstanding queries or escalated items_
Administration (10%)
- _Ensure automated reporting is accurate_
- _Ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly customer report is submitted, uploaded, accurate & timeous as per assigned tasks / deadlines_
- _Attend internal Departmental meetings_
- _Customer engagement on a regular basis_
- _Engage regionally with Senior Stock Controllers and Supervisors_
- _Ensure that all issues or queries have been investigated before sending to the Senior Stock Controllers and Supervisors_
General (15%)
- _Ability to multitask and support other areas of the business whilst making sure deadlines are adhered to_
- _Able to adapt to a fast paced working environment_
- _Ability to work as part of the Asset Management Team as a whole_
- _Adhering to standard health and safety protocols_
Minimum requirements
- Relevant Stock Control or Inventory Management Diploma
- Driver's License
- Valid South African ID
- No criminal record
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
R10, R12,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
