Working Hours: 08h00am - 17h00pm (rotational & overtime occasionally)


Standby:
Scheduled rotation


Position based:
Centurion, Gauteng


Purpose:


Responsibilities:


  • Conform to Contractual SLA requirements
  • Accurate completion of worksheets, checklists and project documentation
  • Diagnose, Fault-Find and Problem Solving
  • Understand HSSE and PPE requirements
  • Boot Stock Management and vehicle inspections
  • Hardware Tools o Tools, condition o Cell phone & Tablet
  • Software Tools o Laptops, Antivirus, Legal Software etc. o Stowe Images, availability o Utility Software, availability

Minimum requirements:


  • Grade 12 Qualification
  • A+ and N+ (CompTIA) Certification or NQF 5 equivalent
  • At Least 1 Year IT industry experience
  • Driver's License
  • Passport

Competencies required:


  • Customer and Interpersonal relations
  • Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Technical and troubleshooting Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Time Management
