We are looking for an experienced Couple for a BIG5 Private Game Reserve. Head Guide and a Lodge Anchor


HEAD GUIDE

Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid RSA Driver's License and PDPFirst AidFGASA Level - Field GuideTrails GuideFirearm competency Experience:Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5 star lodge necessaryMinimum 3 years' experience in a Big 5 reserveExperience in wildlife photography will be an advantage PackageAccommodationMeals while on duty21 days on7 days off work cycle15 days annual leaveProvident Fund

Responsibilities Responsibilities include but not limited to:Meticulous in all aspects of Managing the Guiding DepartmentManaging, Overseeing and Disciplining Staff in the Guiding DepartmentStaff training and developmentAssisting the marketing manager to get content for social mediaAll administrative duties pertaining to the Guiding DepartmentOverseeing and Management of the Portfolio's FleetAllocation of rangers and trackers to daily game drivesDaily Game Drives & Bush walksHosting DutiesAllocation of Airport TransfersGuest Activity and Airport TransfersLittle paws programAssistance around the lodge in other departments if neededPhotographic safarisReporting to Group Operations Manager(s) and Head Office


LODGE ANCHOR
Responsibilities Responsibilities include but not limited to:Meticulous in all aspects of managing the lodgeManaging, Overseeing Staff with the General ManagerStaff training and developmentAssisting the marketing manager to get content for social mediaHosting DutiesAllocation of Airport TransfersLittle paws programAssistance around the lodge in other departments if neededReporting to General manager, Group Operations Manager(s) and Head Office Lodge Anchor (continued): FinancialStock control and stock takesMaintain the correct allocations of expenditures Rooms DivisionManage the housekeeping and front office departments in conjunction with your HOD and General ManagerEnsure the lodge maintains the required standards aestheticallyFood and Beverage and KitchenEnsure costs are maintained as per the required standardAssist with Events planning and executionAssist with menu planning and cost control
