Description
The vendor liaison officer is responsible for the day to day management ,monitoring,inspecting and proposing measures to improve the ATM's performance and processes.
Creation if MIS on daily basis,ATM uptime,trouble shooting.Quality control measuring by looking at complaints and taking remedial measures.
Ensure ATM availability is achieved daily and come up with solutions to address failures.
Document a month end plan to ensure high service levels and prepare quality assurance policies.
Perform routine inspections and quality tests and identify and resolve workflow and production issues. Create training manuals ,stake holder management and vendor management and deliverables.
Licensing,validating invoices and vendor activity.
Manage and track overtime and manage flow of work with budgets and review risk,process,regulatory and compliance.
