    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Office Administrator to support our dynamic team at Mindmatch Consulting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
    • Maintain filing systems, documentation, and general correspondence
    • Support scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics

    HR Support

    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Maintain employee records and support HR documentation
    • Cross-Time Zone Collaboration:

      • h1.Strong organizational skills
        highlight PRIOR experience in an HR administration role (at least 2 years)
        •Excellent communication abilities
        •Comfortable working independently across time zones
        • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office & collaboration tools
        Other desirable skills include excellent listening skills; ability to work collaboratively at all levels ; prioritization of multiple tasks;& strong 'can do' attitude
