PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Edenvale.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their goals and objectives, as well as ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and relationships
Prepare sales reports and presentations
Coordinate sales meetings and events
Process sales orders and invoices
Provide administrative support to the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Grade 1
Fluent in English.
Previous experience in a sales support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of the food industry is a plus

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Building and maintaining relationships in support and living out the company culture.
Friendly, helpful, confident yet humble, and able to work well in a team.
Ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal)
Understanding of the cultural nuances and dynamics of the main market sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and navigate the challenges of the main market.
