Description

Our client is seeking an
Electronics Technician to join their team, based in East London.

Successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, testing and repairing of equipment that could include inverters, solar panels and peripherals, UPS's, and monitors and/or other related equipment and components.

The successful candidate will also provide technical support to customers relevant to the specific area/discipline as well as assisting Sales department with related enquiries and solutions architecture.

Duties to include:
- *Diagnosing and repair all technical faults of particular discipline *Running diagnostic reports to confirm the quality of the repair and that the fault is resolved *Contribution to team success *Quality awareness and customer focus *Attention to detail *Basic administration *Assist colleagues and customers whenever necessary

Minimum Requirements:
- *Matric *Electrical Engineering N6 + Trade Test *2+ Years related experience *Driver's license (PDP advantageous) *Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities *Planning and organizing skills *Attention to detail *Ability to work under pressure *Knowledge of ICT or Electrical industry *Product offering software and hardware technical knowledge *Computer literacy.
