    Description

    RPO Recruitment is seeking a diligent and experienced Site Foreman to join the team of our esteemed client in the construction industry. Our client is a renowned construction company based in Cape Town, known for their high-quality projects and commitment to excellence.

    As a Site Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with the project manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate all aspects of the construction process.

    If you have a strong background in the construction industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects, we would love to hear from you.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Site Foreman in the construction industry
    • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and standards
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Understanding of health and safety regulations
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Valid driver's license
    • Experience working in Cape Town or willingness to relocate
