Description

We are recruiting a Transformation Manager who will be 1) Responsible for maintaining the firm's accreditations and legal compliance to relevant statutory bodies as it relates to BBBEE, EE and Transformation requirements. 2) Co-create, drive and report on Diversity, Inclusion and Equity strategies/initiatives within the firm in line with the firm's values and strategy. 3) Co-create and assist with the implementation of initiatives to create a transformed culture in line with Employment Equity, BBBEE, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity strategies within the firm.

Responsibilities:

Advise, cocreate, implement and monitor the various strategies for the firm to ultimately enable a transformed culture.
Develop and maintain relevant Transformation policies required by legislation to enable a diverse and inclusive environment.
Accountable for the reporting and submissions, both internally and externally, of various reports (including EE, BBBEE, etc.) as required.
Manage the endtoend administration and coordination of the BBBEE requirements of the firm. Identify and develop strategies, together with the firm's people, to address the gaps identified.
Provide guidance, monitor and report on various initiatives within the firm to create synergy and alignment to the values and its strategy.
Build and maintain internal and external relationships Engage with all relevant stakeholders in all delivery elements of the transformation portfolio to ensure that objectives are achieved.
Create awareness of transformation initiatives through multiple channels.
Manage the annual operating and expenditure budgets, ensuring that all expenditure is accounted for and that costs are contained within budget parameters.
