Our client is searching for an experienced HR Partner who will be reponsible for leading and managing HR processes, HR systems, remuneration and benefits and data analytics.

The role will facilitate the relationship between the different stakeholders.


Key Accountabilities:


  • HR Operations strategy execution in business.
  • HR Systems and process implementation.
  • Remuneration and benefits.
  • Data and analytics.

Requirements:


  • B.Com HR Degree
  • Experience in a similar role.
