    Description

    Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our client in the Manufacturing Industry.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards
    • Manage and supervise the quality control team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
    • Create and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures, inspection reports, and quality records
    • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications
    • Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
    • Train and educate employees on quality control processes and requirements

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
    • Proven experience in quality control/assurance management within the manufacturing industry
    • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and regulations
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
    • Certifications in quality control/assurance are a plus
