Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and Assessing inbound and outbound Calls for the Sales and Customer Care Departments
  • Ensure calls conform to quality conformance for specifications and quality deliverables.
  • Conduct weekly coaching sessions on performance of Agents assigned to you.
  • Provide QA Reports on Daily, Weekly and Monthly assessment
  • Identify and report on trends and training needs.
  • Regular internal communication feedback sessions for Agents and Managers wrt assessment and quality checks completed.
  • Coaching of Agents

Requirements:


  • Must have Matric / Grade 1
  • Must have 2 years QA experience in an insurance environment.
  • Must be fluent in 2 South African languages
  • Computer literacy and advanced Excel skills.
  • Good administrative capabilities and abilities.
  • Good people skills or interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised daily and to meet KPI's and Objectives.
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
  • Good time management.
  • Multitasking of responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary:
R10, R14,000.00 per month
