Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Assessing inbound and outbound Calls for the Sales and Customer Care Departments
- Ensure calls conform to quality conformance for specifications and quality deliverables.
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions on performance of Agents assigned to you.
- Provide QA Reports on Daily, Weekly and Monthly assessment
- Identify and report on trends and training needs.
- Regular internal communication feedback sessions for Agents and Managers wrt assessment and quality checks completed.
- Coaching of Agents
Requirements:
- Must have Matric / Grade 1
- Must have 2 years QA experience in an insurance environment.
- Must be fluent in 2 South African languages
- Computer literacy and advanced Excel skills.
- Good administrative capabilities and abilities.
- Good people skills or interpersonal skills
- Ability to work unsupervised daily and to meet KPI's and Objectives.
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
- Good time management.
- Multitasking of responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Salary:
R10, R14,000.00 per month
